Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not reimburse or refund any postage, courier fees, or shipping charges incurred when returning an item, regardless of the reason for the return.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage does not guarantee a refund if the item is not received.

This policy applies to all returns unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the return being made.
