I live outside of Australia. How do I return my item to you?Updated 17 days ago
If you're based outside of Australia and need to return an item, you're still welcome to do so — but there are a few things to know before you get started.
Step 1: Contact us first
Before sending anything back, please reach out to our team to let us know you'd like to make a return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide our return address.
Step 2: Arrange your own shipping
Unfortunately, we're not able to provide prepaid shipping labels to customers outside of Australia. You'll need to arrange and pay for return postage through a carrier of your choice.
Step 3: Use a tracked service
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We're unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, and we can only process your return once the item has been received.
Step 4: Send us your tracking details
Once you've shipped your return, send us your tracking number so we can keep an eye out for it. We'll be in touch as soon as it arrives.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense and will not be refunded. We're unable to reimburse any postage or courier fees incurred when sending an item back to us.
