Returning items is easy! Here's how it works:

1. Make sure all items are unused and in their original packaging.

2. Repack the items securely using the original box if possible.

🇦🇺 Australian customers:
It's as easy as requesting a pre-paid return label in the Mirra portal on our website. Then, simply attach the label to the package and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post. 

Customers in the USA 🇺🇸 or New Zealand 🇳🇿:
You’ll need to organise and pay for return shipping using your preferred courier. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

All returns must be sent within the 3-day trial window to avoid being charged. If you’re returning a set, the entire set must be returned—we cannot accept partial returns of bundles.
