How do I process a return or refund?Updated 5 months ago

To initiate a return, please send us an email at [email protected].

Our customer support agents will advise if your order meets the conditions needed for us to initiate the returns process. Please click here to read our return policy. 

If your return is approved and the item is sent back to us, we will process your refund within 1-2 days of the arrival of your item. Please note, that while the shipping may say 'arrived', we do need our team to verify receipt and condition of the return before proceeding to refund the charges. 


Please allow 
3-5 days for the funds to clear back into the account associated with your original form of payment.
