Can I get a refund if my order takes too long?Updated 4 months ago

We understand delivery delays can be frustrating. However, once an order is in transit, we cannot process a refund unless the parcel is declined upon delivery. If you choose to decline the delivery:

  1. Simply refuse to accept the parcel when it arrives
  2. Once the item is returned to our warehouse and its condition is verified, we'll process your refund
  3. Please note that we cannot reroute packages that are already in transit
