Can I get a refund if my order takes too long?Updated 4 months ago
We understand delivery delays can be frustrating. However, once an order is in transit, we cannot process a refund unless the parcel is declined upon delivery. If you choose to decline the delivery:
- Simply refuse to accept the parcel when it arrives
- Once the item is returned to our warehouse and its condition is verified, we'll process your refund
- Please note that we cannot reroute packages that are already in transit
