Beauty Affairs Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Beauty Affairs Loyalty Program ("Program") allows eligible customers to earn Beauty Points ("Points") through qualifying activities including purchases, reviews, referrals, and social engagement. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at beautyaffairs.com.au.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to customers who have created an account on any Beauty Affairs website, including beautyaffairs.com.au and its international equivalents (collectively, "Beauty Affairs websites"). All Beauty Affairs websites operate on a single platform and share the same loyalty account system. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. All Point values, rewards, and coupon amounts are expressed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Beauty Affairs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

3. Earning Points

Members can earn Points through the following activities:

• Making a Purchase: 1 Point for every $1 spent on qualifying orders.

• Account Signup: 250 Points awarded upon successful account creation.

• Birthday Reward: 500 Points credited during your birthday month. Date of birth must be saved in your account in advance.

• Like Beauty Affairs on Facebook: 100 Points (one-time reward).

• Share Beauty Affairs on Facebook: 250 Points (one-time reward).

• Follow Beauty Affairs on Instagram: 100 Points (one-time reward).

• Product Review (text only) on Reviews.io: 200 Points per qualifying review.

• Product Review with Photo on Reviews.io: 300 Points per qualifying review with at least one image attached.

4. Review Point Limits & Fair Use Policy

To ensure the integrity of the review system and prevent misuse, the following limits apply to Points earned through product reviews:

• Members may submit a maximum of 3 product reviews per 7-day rolling period that qualify for Points.

• Reviews submitted beyond this limit within the same 7-day period will not attract Points.

• Reviews must be genuine, based on personal experience with the product, and comply with Reviews.io community guidelines.

• Beauty Affairs reserves the right to disqualify reviews and withhold or reverse Points where reviews are deemed to be in breach of fair use, including but not limited to duplicate, incentivised, or fraudulent reviews.

5. Referral Rewards Program

Members may refer friends and family to Beauty Affairs and earn rewards as follows:

• Referring Member Reward: $50 off coupon, credited to the referring member's account once the referred friend completes their first qualifying order.

• Referred Friend Reward: 10% off coupon applied to the referred friend's first order.

Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will be disqualified.

6. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at beautyaffairs.com.au. The redemption value of Points will be displayed in your account. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Minimum redemption thresholds may apply.

7. Points Expiry

Points may expire if an account remains inactive for an extended period. Beauty Affairs will notify members of any changes to expiry policy with reasonable notice.

8. General Conditions

• Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or combined between accounts.

• Beauty Affairs reserves the right to adjust Points balances, modify earning rates, or alter redemption values at any time.

• In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms, Beauty Affairs may suspend or permanently close a member's account and forfeit any accrued Points.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

• Beauty Affairs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
